Earlier this month, the OMS Performance team stepped away from daily execution to review how we work and where we’re heading. One thing was clear: AI is now part of the core, not an experiment.
How AI changed our work over the last two years
Over the last two years, AI moved from testing to infrastructure. We use it daily to analyse performance faster, spot issues earlier, and reduce noise in data. It’s now part of how we review accounts, prioritise actions, and support decisions.
From tools to systems
AI tools are powerful on their own. The real value comes from how they’re applied. We focus on building workflows that fit how marketing actually runs — connecting data, cutting repetitive work, and surfacing what matters faster.
Automation is only useful if it makes decisions clearer.
What clients actually get
Clients don’t get “AI features”. They get faster insight, clearer answers, and better control over performance. AI supports the analysis so more time goes into fixing problems and improving outcomes.
What’s next
We’ll keep using AI where it adds speed and clarity, and avoid it where it adds noise. Tools will change. Our focus won’t: run marketing with structure, ownership, and measurable performance.
